The Laboratory of Information Technologies (LIT) domains of interest include:
- Design, organization and implementation of research programs.
- Consulting services, regarding the selection, installation and use of information technology.
- Constant update in international advancements in LITs areas of interest and expertise and collection, in any available manner of relative documentation and implementations of research, at the international level.
- Development of an extended library of conventional and digital material regarding the aforementioned areas and fields of interest of the LIT. The library is available to the members of LIT and any other people interested in these subjects.
- Development of a permanent exhibition of samples of the latest advancements regarding information technology.
- Creation of a representative museum, which will describe the evolution of the relevant technologies.
- Development and constant updating of a subject portal containing subjects of the LITs areas of interest and expertise.
